AirPlans ("AirPlans", "we") is committed to making its website airplans.app and the AirPlans mobile application accessible to the widest possible audience, including people with disabilities, in the belief that everyone is entitled to a full and equal digital experience.
Our commitment
We strive to make our digital services usable and accessible in accordance with Israeli Standard IS 5568, which adopts the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 at conformance Level AA, and in the spirit of the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Accessibility Adjustments to a Service) Regulations, 5773–2013.
What we have done
- Semantic, keyboard-operable pages with a visible keyboard-focus indicator.
- Text alternatives for meaningful images, icons and controls.
- Support for screen readers, browser zoom and text resizing.
- Readable typography and colour contrast throughout the site.
- Full right-to-left (Hebrew and Arabic) layout support.
Known limitations
Despite our ongoing efforts, some parts of the website or app may not yet be fully accessible — for example, certain third-party content, embedded documents, or newly released features. We are also improving the colour contrast of some secondary text so that every element meets the 4.5:1 ratio. We work continuously to identify and remedy these gaps.

Ongoing effort
This statement reflects an internal accessibility review carried out on 5 August 2026. The site has not yet been audited by an external accessibility expert; such an audit is planned. Accessibility is an ongoing process. We review and improve the accessibility of our services regularly as technology, content and standards evolve.
