افتح شرائح eSIM الخاصة بي واعرض رمز QR. على الهاتف: الإعدادات → البيانات الخلوية → إضافة eSIM → امسح رمز QR. إذا ظهر زر التثبيت الفوري، فنقرة واحدة تكفي. ثبّت الشريحة في المنزل عبر Wi-Fi قبل رحلتك.

الإعدادات → الشبكة والإنترنت → شرائح SIM → إضافة eSIM → امسح رمز QR من قسم شرائح eSIM الخاصة بي. أكّد، وأبقِ شريحتك الأساسية نشطة للمكالمات إذا رغبت.

1) تأكد من أن شريحة AirPlans eSIM مفعّلة ومحددة لبيانات الهاتف المحمول. 2) فعّل تجوال البيانات (Data Roaming) لهذه الشريحة — هذا مطلوب ولا يكلّف رسومًا إضافية. 3) فعّل وضع الطيران ثم أوقفه. 4) أعد تشغيل الهاتف. ما زالت المشكلة قائمة؟ تحدث معنا — نحن متواجدون على مدار الساعة.

تعتمد السرعة على الشبكة المحلية وموقعك. جرّب تغيير اختيار الشبكة من تلقائي إلى مشغّل محدد في إعدادات هاتفك. قد تنخفض سرعة الباقات غير المحدودة بعد الاستخدام المكثف، وفق سياسة الاستخدام العادل.

Our support answers in Hebrew, English and Russian. If the eSIM could not be installed or activated because of a fault on our side, we refund it. And a plan you never installed and never activated is refunded in full within 30 days.
