From picking a destination to holding a scannable QR code takes a few minutes, and everything after payment happens automatically. Here is the whole journey — what you will see, what arrives by email, and what to do in the rare case something does not show up.
Placing the order
- Open the Destinations page and search for your country — or browse the Regional and Global plans for multi-country trips.
- Compare the plans by data amount, validity and price, and open the one that fits.
- Check the coverage list on the plan page, then continue to checkout and pay by card.
Have a promo code? There is a field for it at checkout — enter it before paying and the discount is applied to the total on the spot.
Before you pay: a 30-second double-check
Thirty seconds here prevent almost every support ticket later:
- Compatibility: dial *#06# on the phone that will use the eSIM and confirm an EID appears, and that the phone is carrier-unlocked.
- Coverage: open the plan's coverage list and confirm every country on your route is there.
- Dates: make sure the validity period covers the whole trip, from landing to takeoff home.
- Email: double-check the address you type at checkout — the eSIM and receipt go there.
Payment, in plain terms
We accept major credit and debit cards. Payments are processed in US dollars — prices shown in other currencies are converted at checkout. Your card details never touch our servers: payment is handled by a certified, PCI-DSS-compliant payment processor, and we only receive the confirmation and the last digits for your receipt.
What arrives, and where
Delivery is instant and lands in two places at once: an email with the QR code and installation instructions, and the My eSIMs area of your account, where the eSIM appears with its full details page. Both are equivalent — use whichever is more convenient.
Can't find your eSIM?
- Check the spam/junk folder — automated emails occasionally land there.
- Make sure you are logged in with the exact email you used at checkout — a second address is the most common cause.
- Check the order status under Orders in your account.
- Order completed but still no eSIM? Contact us with the order number — this is treated as high priority.
Receipts and refunds
A receipt is emailed automatically after every successful purchase, and every order is listed under Orders in your account. If your eSIM could not be installed or activated and our team could not fix it within a reasonable time, contact support — Israeli consumer law gives you 14 days from the purchase to cancel a distance sale, and refunds go back to the card you paid with. Fully used plans, or issues caused by an incompatible or carrier-locked device, are not refundable; the full details are on the Refund Policy page.
